Returns and Exchanges

OUR RETURN POLICY
In Stock merchandise may be returned, unused, in its original carton, within 30 days of invoice. To ensure proper handling and credit of returns, just follow the three simple steps below:

1. Call our Customer Support Department at 1-800-328-9400 Or contact us online at: comments@superprod.com and explain the problem.
2. Your Customer Support Representative will issue a Return Authorization and mail a return label and authorization form to you.
3. Upon receipt of the label, return the merchandise to us! Please prepay the freight, we do not accept C.O.D. returns.

Merchandise that is shipped direct from the manufacturer or is a non-stock item is subject to a factory restocking charge.

Sorry, used items, custom manufactured and made-to-order merchandise are not returnable.


The customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways, unless it is a Superior Products or vendor error.
